Can I pause my account?

Members are eligible to pause their account for a maximum amount of 30 days after the two-month minimum commitment is fulfilled. Pauses can only be issued once.

How do I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, please follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button and log into your account.
Navigate to the “Profile” icon in the upper right-hand corner along the menu tab.
Fill in the designated fields with your new email address and select “Save.”
Your new email address is now in effect.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button.
Find the option “Forgot your password?” below the empty text fields and click on it to proceed.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on “Reset password.”
Check your email.
Shortly after submitting the password reset request, you should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
If you do not see any email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please notify us.
Follow directions outlined in the email, this will direct you to a form where you can enter a new password.
Fill in the designated fields with your new password and select the “Reset password” option.
Your new login credentials are now in effect.

Important Notes:

Please be aware that we will never request your password. It is crucial to keep this information secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
In the event that you submit multiple password reset requests, make sure to use the link provided in the most recent email. Only the latest link will be active.
