How do I get a refill?

Your provider will help determine the best schedule for follow-up visits or asynchronous refill requests based on your individual needs. This ensures you continue to receive the best care possible while maintaining timely access to your medication.
What is the refill process?

Follow-up visits: Providers may require you to schedule follow-up visits to assess your progress and determine if any adjustments to your treatment plan are necessary. These visits will be conducted virtually, depending on your provider’s preference and state requirements.
Asynchronous refill request: In some cases, your provider may offer an online refill request form. Completing this form allows your provider to review your case and approve your refill without a virtual appointment.
Your provider will determine the frequency of your follow-ups or refill requests based on your treatment plan. You will receive reminders via email or text to complete your follow-up visits or refill request forms.
To avoid delays in receiving your medication, complete all follow-up requirements promptly. If these steps are not completed promptly, you may experience delays with refills being delivered on time.
What do I do if I miss a follow-up or delay a refill request?
