How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button and log into your account.
Navigate to the “Account” tab along the menu bar.
Navigate to the “Add Card” button in the “Payment Methods” section.
Fill in the designated fields with your new payment information and select “Save.”
Important Notes:
Please be aware that only the payment method designated as the “Default” will be used for billing.
You can change the “Default” payment method at any time by following the steps outlined below:
Navigate to the three dots next to the desired default payment method and select “Make Default.”

How do I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button and log into your account.
Navigate to the “Account” tab along the menu bar.
Navigate to the “Edit” button below your current shipping address.
Fill in the designated fields with your new shipping address and select “Save.”
Your new shipping address is now in effect.
Important Notes:
Please be aware that you must update your shipping address at least 14 days prior to your next delivery date to ensure delivery to the desired location.

How do I locate my receipt?

To locate and download any payment receipt, please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button.
Navigate to the “My Plan” tab along the menu bar.
Navigate to the “Payment History” section and locate the desired payment.
Select the “Download” icon to the right of the payment line item.
Your receipt will begin downloading immediately.
